These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kynt, including Kynt Connect, Kynt Engage, Kynt Studio, Kynt Motion, Kynt Mind, Kynt MCP, and Kynt Ads (collectively, the "Services"), whether accessed via kynthub.com, any Kynt subdomain, or any related application. The Services are owned and operated by One Eighty Event Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 201901006113 / 1315440-P), a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Kynt," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing to any Kynt product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Kynt products are billed through a shared credit wallet system. Each product may be subscribed to individually (standalone), as part of a bundle, or across multiple products drawing from the same wallet balance. Subscription fees, credit allowances, and usage-based overage charges are as described on the relevant product's pricing page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@kynthub.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any applicable law; transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Kynt system or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services; or use the Services to build a directly competing product without our written consent.
Certain Kynt products (including Kynt Connect's WhatsApp integration and Kynt MCP's third-party connectors) rely on third-party platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp Business API, accounting systems, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms, and any fees charged directly by that third party (for example, WhatsApp per-message fees) are separate from your Kynt subscription.
Kynt, the Kynt logo, and all Kynt product names (Connect, Engage, Studio, Motion, Mind, MCP, Ads) are trademarks of One Eighty Event Sdn Bhd. All software, design, and content that make up the Services remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate through the Services, subject to the license you grant us to operate and improve the Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@kynthub.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kynt and One Eighty Event Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
