1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how One Eighty Event Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 201901006113 / 1315440-P), operating as Kynt, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use kynthub.com, any Kynt product subdomain, or the Services. This policy is written to comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What We Collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing details.
Usage data: how you interact with each Kynt product, including messages processed by Kynt Connect, content generated via Kynt Studio or Kynt Motion, loyalty activity in Kynt Engage, and queries made to Kynt Mind.
Customer data you provide: if you use Kynt to communicate with your own customers (for example, via Kynt Connect or Kynt Engage), we process that customer data on your behalf as part of delivering the Service.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Personal Data

To provide, operate, and maintain the Services you've subscribed to.
To process payments and manage your Kynt wallet balance.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or product updates.
To improve and develop new Kynt products and features.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consistent with the PDPA.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: sub-processors who help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting and AI model providers); third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as Meta/WhatsApp, payment gateways, or your accounting/ERP systems via Kynt MCP); and authorities where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request earlier deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, and (in certain circumstances) request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@kynthub.com.

8. Data Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-tool permission scoping for AI agent access via Kynt MCP. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials for your account.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and understanding how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Service functionality.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including AI model and cloud infrastructure providers) may process data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate standard of protection consistent with the PDPA.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email.
